"The Queen with the Hummingbird" is an original watercolor intertwining strength, mystery, and delicacy. The portrait depicts a woman of majestic beauty, crowned in gold, with a small hummingbird perched at the center of her forehead like a living jewel. Around her, a garden of imaginary flowers bursts in intense colors, evoking a dreamlike, almost sacred nature.
 

 
This painting emerged from a studio experiment, where I placed a sketch of a hummingbird on a drawing of a female face. This unexpected detail sparked everything: the bird seemed to watch over, like a winged third eye, a messenger between two worlds.
 
In many cultures, the hummingbird symbolizes joy, lightness, and resilience. It crosses storms and borders to reach beauty.
